problem of lower belly fat, this problem occurs due to many reasons
like after pregnancy, bad eating habits and lack of exercise and
workout. However, we have fat on many parts of our body but the fat on
belly is hard to reduce. It requires much time and hard work for

physical activity is required. All the works are completed by sitting
on a single chair only. This cause improper blood circulation in
stomach, and thus cortisol hormone is activates, due to which fat
starts to be stored.
If you do not have enough time to do exercise, then try to continue
some light exercise like walking, jogging, yoga session etc. on daily
basis. These physical activities are light and requires few
time. However, this exercise should be done on regular basis because
these activities work only when you are regular for doing these.

position on your back and place your hands underneath your hips.
Raise your leg in air and bond with inferior abs muscles and stir your
leg in zigzag motion. Be aware that you would not bow your knees. This
